High Level Cleaning
Specialist high-level cleaning using rope access, mobile elevated work platforms and specialist elevated access systems. Industrial structures, racking, ceilings, steelwork and plant.
Cleaning at any height, safely and efficiently, with the right access method for the structure and environment.
When Standard Cleaning Can't Reach
Many industrial facilities carry significant contamination at high levels in the steelwork, on racking systems, on overhead equipment and in roof areas that standard floor-level cleaning simply cannot reach. High-level contamination can be a food safety issue, a fire risk, a Health & Safety liability, or simply a requirement of a periodic deep cleaning programme.
Tame Industrial Cleaning provides high-level cleaning as a specialist service, using the appropriate access method for the specific environment and height requirement: reach-and-wash systems, mobile elevated work platforms (MEWPs), rope access techniques or combinations of methods where required.
All working-at-height activities are planned, risk-assessed and carried out to the Work at Height Regulations 2005 with site-specific RAMS produced for each contract.
High Level Cleaning Applications
Industrial Racking & Shelving
Deep cleaning of warehouse racking systems, shelving structures and associated steelwork at all levels.
Structural Steelwork
Cleaning of overhead steelwork, trusses, purlins and structural frames in warehouses, factories and industrial buildings.
Ceilings & Soffits
High-level ceiling cleaning including suspended ceilings, concrete soffits, ductwork and services in commercial and industrial buildings.
Roof Voids & Eaves
Cleaning of roof void areas, eaves and high-level zones in industrial buildings where debris, bird contamination or soiling has accumulated.
External High-Level Cleaning
External cleaning of high-level building elements, cladding, signage and architectural features using rope access or MEWP.
Industrial Equipment
High-level cleaning of plant, machinery and process equipment in industrial facilities where access requires elevated working.

Planned, Risk-Assessed, Compliant
High-level cleaning involves working at height, which requires competent planning, appropriate access equipment and properly trained operatives. We produce site-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements for all high-level cleaning work, with all operatives trained in their relevant access methods and equipment.
- Work at Height Regulations 2005 compliant
- Site-specific RAMS for each project
- PASMA-trained operatives (podium steps, mobile towers)
- MEWP-trained operators (IPAF)
- Rope access operatives where appropriate for the structure
- Fully insured for working at height
